Summary: The rooms were beautiful! I recommend staying in the west tower due to the fact that it has tile flooring instead of carpeting. The amenities were amazing and beautiful. The staff was mostly helpful and mostly nice. We had a fabulous stay! We would absolutely go back!

Summary: The Baha Mar was a great stay, we loved the clean modern upscale buildings and restaurants, you can tell the planning was done really well. I would describe the hotel as very experiential. Our negatives were sloppy room service, in fact one night we called them 4 times to help with no response. Then the water STINKS we thought it was wet towels but by the end of day 5 it distinctly smelt like sewage water. The water system on the level we stayed in was ok the first three days but the last few days we spent a fortune buying water from the market because the water smelt and tasted like sewage. We did complain and they credited us a day, but honestly it was awful. Also this place is hella expensive!!!
