Positive: Again all perfect. Beautiful hotel. Ideally situated and easy to walk into the city. Very nice "beach" at the lake. Nice breakfast buffet and overall very good service + price-value-ratio.

Negative: At the breaktfast the service could be a little bit better coordinated. Especially when many people are coming at the same time, the team get's in trouble. E.g. two few plates are ready, the team loose time to coordinate plates instead of focusing on guests, etc.

Positive: All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Negative: That we had to leave!! Lol no really, the only thing that could have been better was the shower. Water didn’t drain well and also the shower head was leaky so it affected the water pressure. Everything else was perfect!

Positive: Friendly staff they offered to open the swimming pool for us before the regular time cause we are wearing hijab and thoughtful of them to offer that, the view was beautiful, and the rooms was comfortable and clean. Also the dinner was good.
