Positive: A truly fantastic hotel. The rooms are pristine and beautifully maintained, mine had a lovely view, a beautiful bathroom, and a very comfortable mattress, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, the location is outstanding, and the service throughout the stay was very good. As a bonus, the hotel offers private parking with direct access, which is extremely convenient. I also want to mention the kindness of the staff: after I had a fall on the street and hit my head, the hotel personnel immediately helped me with ice and disinfected the injured areas. They took such good care of me, and I deeply appreciate their attention and warmth. They were absolutely lovely, I will never forget that. An A++++ experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel. The location truly couldn’t be better.

Positive: Location is near to train station and as we well as Roermond outlets. Just walking distance from both of them, which was great. Also room size is quite big and confident.

Positive: Excellent location, very close to attractions and shopping malls

Negative: Unfortunately, the street where the hotel is located happened to be the venue for the carnival, the road was closed and our car was unable to park in the hotel parking lot. The hotel didn't inform me when I reserved the parking space, so I was forced to find other parking spots temporarily, which took more than an hour.
