Positive: tThe room was lovely it had only been redecorated lovely airy clean bathroom and a nice street view nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good also plenty of variety and lovely staff.
Negative: The only drawback was there were no lifts so if you can not do the stairs its unfortunate,but they had a lovely boy bring up our luggage for us whitch was a great help also they validate parking aswell.
Summary: ALovely stay in the Grande very clean and comfortable and staff lovely.

Positive: We arrived by bicycle and were met by a man who helped us store our bikes and carried all our luggage up to our floor and put it into our room while we ate in the restaurant. The food was very good in the restaurant.
