Summary: The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . Other than that, the rest all are superb...(Services, hotel surroundings, location) especially, Beakfast spread were amazing. Many choices n delicious. All bellmen are pleasantly helpful, cheerful. Always greet with pure smile. Same goes to the front desk staff. Great services, guys. Would like to stay here again in future but hopefully by then the hotel rooms are better. (refurbished done).

Summary: This hotel was dirty - hair from the previous occupant in the bath and shower and across the bathroom floor. The fittings were decrepit. On the upside the staff were friendly. I’ll not be staying again and suggest people find somewhere else to stay.

Summary: Hotel had character and some charm. Reasonably quiet (at least on the 7th floor). Room fine, although a little 'worn' in places. Bathroom needs overhaul; did not like the 'slatted' door. Excellent pool, with shaded area to chill out. Excellent breakfast. Immediate area was of rather limited interest, but could walk to city centre in about 20 mins. Would be happy to stay there again.
