Positive: Pool. Room, when I was eventually given the one I booked.

Negative: Was given a room I didn't book in the name of an 'upgrade'. It was nothing of the sort. The room was in the oldest part of the hotel being renovated. It had bamboo scaffolding outside. The sound of the traffic was overpowering. The TV had interference. The lift didn't work and the decoration in the corridors and common areas can only be described as shocking. After a while sitting in my noisy room, I began to wonder why I'd got this room in the first place. I went down to reception and asked to see the room id booked, the deluxe twin. They said they didn't have it, so I asked for another room as mine was unacceptable. After looking round, they tried to give me a suite for more money. So I asked again for the room I booked. Eventually, I was shown the room id paid for and it turned out to be nice. I've no idea why they tried to give me a different room under renovation.

Positive: This is a wonderful historic Art Deco hotel. The room was large, comfortable and clean. There were lots of options for breakfast.

Negative: It is not 5 star. There were dirty plates left by the pool for over 12hrs. The lids for hot food at breakfast are not closed.

Positive: The hotel is near by Asia- Africa street. Hotel loby is beautiful.

Negative: The room is not good, as a 5 star hotel the room will be very good & bathroom also will be good. We Don't like actually room.

Summary: In complimentary breakfast i think they can add some indian food & more Fruits.
