Summary: Exceptional spa and a lovely service. Everything is designed to make one's stay comfortable and beneficial for their health and well-being. The carpets needs refreshing, which is my only recommendation.

Summary: The hotel needs improvements , customer service was great, specially in restaurant. Thank you to Ani, Valentine and others cooks and servers. Please forgive me for the names. Evenings and lunches, restaurant do not provide tap water to customers. We must to buy bottled water in plastics if we are trusty and this situation was very disappointing to us. The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before. Thank to people who works there very hard.

Summary: Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. All the staff were friendly and the restaurant staff were exceptional. There is a walkway that leads directly onto the beach so no crossing the road! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
