Summary: This hotel is fantastic. Got an upgrade from the superior room to the deluxe and the view of the mountains from the room was amazing. Wide variety of breakfast options ranging from fruits to cheeses to mini donuts and more, and even with a buffet option the staff was still incredibly attentive. Full service spa being included with the stay was a huge plus and definitely worthwhile to take advantage of all this hotel has to offer. And huge shoutout to the amazing staff and the team at the front desk for being so helpful, they were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more. Would stay here again.

Summary: The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin.
