Summary: Very old room and very dirty. Curtains hanging off and furniture from the 80s. Whole place needs refurb or knocking down. Every cup I turned over was filthy. Will never stay again.

Summary: One issue spoiled what would have been an excellent trip. Hidden charges for using the pool and gym! I paid to stay here because it had facilities, I don’t expect to then be told it’s £7 a day to use them.

Summary: Power tripped in room when we went to use beside lamps. Staff could not get all power back on so we had to move rooms at 9.15 on the night after we had unpacked everything earlier in the day. Staff support was good but not ideal after returning to the hotel.

Summary: Had a comfortable stay for one night was near the Freemans hospital for check up we had fish and chips in the bar which was very nice plenty of parking and staff were very friendly will stay again

Summary: The reception staff were friendly, professional and a credit to the organisation. Will definitely stay here again. The room was a bit dated, but clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely last minute stay.

Summary: The bed was very firm and pillows were like rocks. The gym/pool was £7 but i was asked to pay again first thing in the morning as it was onky a day pass which i think is unfair and money grabbing.
