Positive: The villa is in a great location, within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The balconies are a highlight, with spectacular sea views and plenty of space for eating or sitting outside. There was plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of on street parking if you have more than one car. The villa was clean on arrival and all equipment was in working order (wifi, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, hot water etc) although some appliances were a little dated e.g. oven, TV. The host was also very responsive - overall a great villa.

Positive: The villa was amazing, perfectly met our long list of requirements for our two-family holiday. The views were fabulous, and the pool area was great. We loved being able to watch the sunset from the balcony, and the roof was the perfect place to watch out for the meteor shower. Great location close to the sea, a lovely beach and walking distance into the lovely old town.

Positive: Great villa for 12 of us of various ages. Great to have two kitchens available. Rooms clean and tidy with plenty of storage space. Pool and terrace area big enough for all of us. Loads of sunbeds. The owner is really helpful and communicative. Local area has shop and two bar/ restaurants offering good food and entertainment. Alcudia easy to get to by car or taxi. Rocky beach 1 min away and nice sandy beach, with bar, 10min walk. Very happy to recommend.
