Positive: The property was well equipped to a high standard. Lovely garden and bbq/outside seating area. Super comfy beds!

Negative: While someone was on hand to check us in there was no book in the property covering WiFi codes/equipment details etc. Also worth noting if you are taking kids that the pool is deep (145cm in shallowest point to 200cm).

Summary: Great villa shay.

Positive: This modern, clean property was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 babies. The spacious accommodations provided ample room for everyone, and the pool and outdoor dining/seating areas were ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The property manager's communication and helpful local recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. Situated in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood, the house offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to Alcudia town and several breathtaking beaches.

Negative: We loved everything about our stay. The one small downside - we missed that electricity has a slight additional charge even though it was in the fine print. It wasn't a huge deal as it was a fraction of the cost of our overall stay, however, it would've been nice if that was included in the price of the property.

Positive: Newly renovated wonderful house in a very nice and quiet area. It is super comfy, everything new and working perfect, including the heating which is good when needed at this time of the year. Close to all touristic attractions, bars and restaurants. The house was spotless clean and the guys from Mallorca Holiday Properties were super helpful all the time and went far beyond our expectations. All in all, a very nice holiday experience. We will be back!
