Negative: As a Chinese speaker, when I checked in, I was charged a much higher deposit than my Brazilian friends’ deposits. We reserved the same level of room and paid the same fee. I feel this is a discriminatory action. Why did the hotel treat us differently?

Positive: Even though we were only there for two days we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it is close to a park which is beautifully lit in the evening. Staff very helpful w warm thanks to the main manager David who looked after us very well until the very end he was very kind and courteous. I hope we can come back here again sometime .
