Positive: The place is clean and in a safe and convenient area next to the interstate. Not really busy and plenty of parking. Nearby convenience stores, fast food joints, and grocery stores.

Negative: Currently under renovation inside. No access to the pool area. No breakfast. We found it odd that there was no coffee in the rooms, although it was available in the lobby.

Positive: The staff was very helpful and the location was close to where we needed to go. Very reasonable pricing

Negative: The location was under construction and there wasn't any indication of that online. We had to move rooms because ours had ants which the staff related to the construction. But the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Positive: Very convenient location, just outside Kansas City in the state of Missouri right along interstate 70

Negative: The property is under restoration being updated. The lobby had sheets hanging behind the receptionist counter. The continental breakfast area was closed. There was no continental breakfast offered as that area was closed. The bathroom area under the sink was being restored. There is no facia below the sink, just plain plywood.

Negative: They are remodeling . Desk staff was just indifferent to us being there . 0 smiles and 0 hospitality -0. Cleaning staff were so sweet and polite each time we saw them . Desk staff 0 times through whole stay
