Summary: Hotel is cute downstairs but rooms need to be refreshed as they are tired and a bit dirty especially bathroom

Summary: If was fine for the price and location. The HVAC needs work. We couldn’t get the room to warm above 67 with outside temperature in the 80’s. Hall was even colder; this is wasting energy.

Summary: Major construction started at 8 am (5 am to me) in the room next to me. Constant for hours so I left. Couldn’t sleep, conduct business calls and I canceled a Teams call. Front desk acknowledged that they had major construction but didn’t seem interested in solutions like letting guests know in advance or not using the rooms closest to the issue. Very poor service and accommodations at this pricey of a hotel.

Summary: The Graduate needs an upgrade. The beds were very comfortable, but otherwise, things need a makeover. We were quite disappointed overall, and I feel like they are taking advantage of not much competition in the immediate area and avoiding doing necessary upgrades. The restaurant breakfast was really mediocre, although my daughter gave her fried chicken and waffles high marks.
