Positive: One of the things I really loved about this property was the location. It's perfectly located in a very quiet area where you have pretty much have access to everything you may need in term of groceries and basic necessities. I could count at least 3 supermarkets within 5 min drive, which was extremely convenient, especially since I was travelling with my 2 young kids. The apt was beautiful, spacious, cleaned, fully equipped and very well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. I loved the fact that there was a daily cleaning service and water bottled was being provided on daily basis. We were there for 3 nights, for specific reasons, so we didn't stay much in the apt. However, every time we would get back in, it would be very much enjoyable. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop. The kids and I went in and had a really good time. There is not lifeguard on duty, so better know how to swim or stay by the edge of the pool to avoid any accident. The swimming is not too deep, but deep enough for someone who doesn't know how to swim. The access key was easy to collect. I had a local number and I was able to call and text the focal point. who met us by the garage and took us to the apt and gave us a quick tour. It was all smooth overall, and she and the manager were quite pleasant people.

Negative: The only thing that wasn't convenient for me, especially since I don't always travel with cash and I do not have a local bank account, was the payment process and the handling of the deposit: Booking.com did not handle the payment. After the booking was completed, I was contacted by the property management to make the payment through wire transfer, and the funds had to be received at least 5 days before my arrival or my booking would be cancelled. Technically, there is nothing wrong with that if you book way ahead of time and you are able to make the wire transfer from anywhere in the world. But I had booked just 4 days before my arrival, so it was tricky for me. I had to ask my partner who had a local bank account to make the payment for me. The funds were received immediately by the property management, and the booking was confirmed. But if I didn't a local contact, I'm not sure what would have happened. As for the deposit, at the check-in, I was requested to give 320 USD in cash that will be returned to me at check-out. I want to confirm that the full deposit was returned to me exactly as it was given (same bills, same everything), so absolutely no problem with that. My only concern was "what if I didn't have that amount of cash with me? What would have happened?" I think the management needs to invest into accepting credit cards payments, perhaps through booking,com, they will probably attract more clientele. Also, be careful when navigating into the underground garage, it's quite tight with no signs to take you to your parking spot given by the management, so a little inattention and you hit a pillar or a wall.
