Summary: The neighborhood is great! It's safe and right near many shops and restaurants. I rented here because my son lives nearby.The house is very large. It has a good sized kitchen and multiple bedrooms.

Summary: The house is old but well kept. Master bedroom is huge. Has a 4 post king bed. Very squeaky so for a light sleeper may make it tough. Owner did come out and made significant improvement the next day but still a little noisy. Otherwise spectacular stay safe neighborhood and a nice house for the price and location.

Summary: We stayed here for Cards & Cubs outing with friends. Had a nice stay. The 2 car garage fit one sedan and on SUV. It was tight but it worked. The house was clean, not recently renovated, but still in nice shape. Nice large living room big enough for 8 guys to hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Very easy to walk to Wrigleyville and Wrigley Field. Overall a great stay for the price.

Summary: I would definitely stay at this property again, now knowing the ins and outs of the property. The owners communicated well with me and were timely in their correspondence. Everything went really well.Unfortunately, there were a couple of things I wish I knew. First, I was unaware that the sleeper sofa bed was in the Master Bedroom. It made for a tricky sleeping arrangement. The property sleeps 12, that is, if two people are in all three full beds. For a place that sleeps 12, there were not enough dishes and cups. The pictures do not give you an accurate idea of how the beds are set up.It was mostly clean; however, the living room curtains had stains on them. One of the living room couches need reupholstered because the lining is torn off of the cushions.With all of that being said, we really enjoyed our stay and would be back. The location was perfect!

Summary: We selected this property for the location, room sizes and ability to be in the home over a holiday weekend. We arrived after check in time and it was not prepared/clean. Two bags of dirty linens, towels and trash were in the main rooms. The carpets were VERY DIRTY and photos of the beds in the listing did not match the rooms. The beds were not ready- flat sheets that didn’t fit the beds were placed over bare mattresses, and there were limited blankets. Pillows were also very old and not reflective of photos.Towels were very poor, small and only bath towels- no wash clothes and 1dirty hand towel.Photos showed 6 dining chairs (6 guests). Only 4 chairs were in the dining room (not the ones in the photos)& not enough plates to eat in the home. I did read reviews from previous guests. They had responses that made me believe all problems were fixed. We texted the property manager and let her know what we were seeing. She first said the place was cleaned because she had seen photos. She only believed me when I sent her our photos. She agreed to clean the home the next day so we had to leave the home for her to get it cleaned. The other reviews reported a rodent problem. I have lived in Chicago and am tolerant of city issues. This place had bigger issues. The garage & basement were covered fin w/rat dropping. The back yard/gateway to the garage was also in disrepair. Trash & green standing water in a bucket full of trash greeted us. I would not return or recommend.

Summary: We booked this location for our large family of 8. Clean and it slept all of us well, with plenty of space to wind down and hang out after a day seeing the sights in the city. Easy walking distance to Wrigley field and local attractions. Short drive into the city or hop on the train a block away. Seemed like a safe neighborhood and has a garage for parking. (Note a Suburban is too long to park inside and still close the door)Good communication with property owner/management. We will definitely consider again for future trips.
