Positive: Great set up, lovely and warm once heating on for about 10 minutes. Shower was hot & had great pressure. Comfy bed.

Negative: Nothing…..decking was slippy after the rain but I was warned in advance of this by Katy & Leon.

Summary: Really lovely short stay in great dog friendly accommodation. Just wish I was staying longer!

Positive: This pavillion is tucked away,and is very quiet and private. It was a winter stay ,and was warm and cosy.It soon became very warm.We obviously stayed inside,but the decking and garden outside looked very tempting.In summer it would be lovely. Everything was carefully planned for our comfort. Near Horncastle,we were soon delving in our favourite antique stores.

Negative: The pub was closed for refurb.
