Summary: What a terrific long weekend at the 1774 Inn! All the charm of a historic home with modern amenities that we've come to know and love. Setting is AMAZING and property manager and property owner were available to help with anything we needed (though we didn't need it!). Will definitely be visiting again!

Summary: Five nights. Sixteen family members. Adults with six children from 8 to 19. And everyone loved it! Lovely historical house and barn. Gorgeous views and sunsets. Eagles and hawks circling salt water grasses, seals below. Walks on Popham Beach and wooded trails. Charades, chess, movies, lots of good food.

Summary: Beautiful place, beautiful area. Really nice hosts. The only drawback was mosquitos, but with citronella candles and bug spray, they weren't a show stopper. We had ten friends all stay there together. Each couple had a bedroom with private bath. Go to Pompham Beach if you go. Can't be beat.

Summary: I can't recommend the 1774 inn enough. It was a magical place to spend a week and an excellent set-up for a family reunion. Sarah and Stewart were both amazing from the moment we booked the place until the moment we checked out. They've done a remarkable job turning this landmark into a welcoming and comfy place that accommodates all ages.
