Welcome to a little heavenly piece of gorgeous North Idaho! This beautiful spacious waterfront 2900 spft home has amazing views of the Pend Oreille River from almost every room in the house! The home is also very family friendly with 4 bedrooms (including bunkroom), 2 bathrooms, open living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a bonus family room downstairs with sleep sofa for extra guests.
NOTE: peak season July/most of August- 7 night minimum, please book Sunday-Sunday. Thank you so much ;)

3rd bedroom - 2 bunk beds = 4 twin beds
4th bedroom - 1 queen bed
bonus room- 1 queen sofa bed
2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs- no on-suite)
Bring your toys and get ready to play since this water front property has two boat lifts and a jet ski lift to accommodate your wonderful toys. Boat to Sandpoint and checkout the lake or stay and boat in the river all day (such a large water way to checkout, you'll never get bored).
Or if you need to work while you play we now have great wifi through starlink!
This home is situated on just over 100ft of water frontage, with large beach area (extra fresh sand just add June 2024) w/ grass area, and fire pit. This place is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, water-skiing, wakeboard or just relaxing on the beach :) It is also located just off a quiet private forest lined paved road beside other beautiful homes …it’s perfect for jogging, family bike rides, and morning/evening walks. Plus, we also provide 5 kayaks to enjoy, come play on the water!!!
The town of Priest River is located 2 miles away, and offers all the amenities including golfing, shopping, great restaurants, and cute coffee shops. Beautiful Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille is about a 30 min drive or 30 minute boat ride away along the gorgeous Pond Oreille river. This place is full of fun activities, great shopping, and excellent dining as well. Plus, several boat up restaurants along the way. Priest Lake you'll find about 40 minutes north with its hundreds of miles of mountain biking, hiking, and exceptional groomed snowmobiling trail, such a great place to go explore. In addition, Silverwood Amusement Park and Boulder Beach water park are just 35 minutes south…it makes for a great all-day adventure with its many world-class roller coasters, rides, and water slides :) Plus, don't forget the renown Coeur D' Alene just 40 miles south as well. Schweitzer Ski area, near Sandpoint has awesome snowboarding and skiing just a short 40 minute drive away too. In the summer the ski resort has so many activities for the family and free chair lift rides :)This home is the perfect summer or winter paradise, full of awesome outdoor fun! So many options to checkout and explore in any direction!

****There are two security cameras on the front driveway for Safety, deterrence, security, and liability.
NOTE: As you can see from photos you must walk up and down to the water and there’s also a similar slope for the driveway. Warning not suited for elderly or handicapped. That being said it’s no trouble for the average person. I walk up and down 20x in the evenings to burn of my vacation calories :)

Summary: One of our very favorite places to spend time on the river. The cabin is so comfortable, and has everything you need. The beach and dock are wonderful, and the location can’t be better.

Summary: Stayed with children, spouses and granchildren for a week of swimming, fishing, etc. Home was very nice and well appointed. It is on a hill requiring you to carry everything to the house and beach.

Summary: We try to find a new place to stay on a lake in northern Idaho every summer. My family consists of 13 children and adults. It’s getting harder to find a home big enough. This house had plenty of room and was well stocked. The lake was warm and we played in it all week! Melissa was fantastic to work with! Thank you! We love Northern Idaho!!

Summary: This place was awesome! We were looking for a place on the water close to Spokane and this was the one. A big dock, kayaks to use, a shore station for your boat and jet ski (boat launch 2 miles east of property), lots of chairs, a fire pit, and one of the most underrated parts, shade in the grassy area during the heat of the day. No need for a pop up or sun shade. Our stay here was our favorite so far as a family. The whole process was easy and fun. We fished, kayaked, tubbed, floated, had a bon fire, ate s’mores, watched movies (more than 300 provided) and watched nature. We saw many Eagles, Osprey and other wildlife while we were here. The location is two miles up from a dam so not much traffic during the week on the river. Additionally, there are two fridges on the property with one in the garage. Making it possible to refrigerate all of our food rather than have some coolers of ice. WiFi was also great as it worked even down at the dock. The only drawback if any is the driveway. It is very steep and only allows for two cars to be parked on it. It is rather difficult to go down the driveway with your items, but a cart is provided to help with this. There is also additional parking above the property for a truck and trailer and space for a few other cars. Overall however, our stay was peaceful, scenic, and beautiful. This is a place where we made a lifetime of memories. The family already wants to go back. This home is what summer in the PNW is all about!

Summary: Great owners. Had a wonderful time. Kids loved all the toys. Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Beach was amazing and the boat and jet ski lifts worked great for our boat and 2 jet ski's. Having kayaks available was an added bonus. House was beautiful and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property!
