A perfect combination of fun and relaxing on Lake Louise in Point Pleasant Beach. Restaurants, beach and boardwalk are just a block away. Kayaks and two beach badges provided. Professionally renovated and decorated to be both modern and comfortable to meet your every need including linens, parking onsite and washer/dryer. The lake is great for water activities such as kayaking or rafting. Patio has a 6 person table, chaise lounges, LED umbrellas and barbecue. No groups or parties.
The house is located on a lake that has ocean access via a canal and Manasquan River. It is great for boating activities, kayaking and paddle boarding etc., and just lounging in the rear yard with a view of the lake with all the amenities of the house. There is really very little reason to visit the beach, even though it is just a little over block away. Note this is part of a larger house and that there are no shared spaces.

Summary: Great home for a vacation. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our first visit to Point Pleasant. We had a great time kayaking on the calm lake, barbecuing, walking on the boardwalk, playing mini golf and relaxing on the chaise lounges.

Summary: The property did not disappoint. It is located in a charming neighborhood yet walking distance to the boardwalk and a sweet downtown. The space was extremely clean, well appointed (great fluffy towels and full kitchen amenities ) and decorated with style. Frank showed us around upon arrival and was responsive to communication before/during/after our stay. And the view was incredible. We found ourselves spending a good amount of time watching the birds and boats from out the back.

Summary: Everything was great! A perfect home away from home. The patio and dock were perfect and now have no intent on renting anything other than on Lake Louise. After 40+ years of going to PP, that was the best house yet! Hoping to rent again in 2022! Thank you!!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend and let me just say, wow. The property was spotless, great location and view, and has everything we needed and more. Towels, games, dishes, all sheets and bedding, even wine!! Would definitely recommend and would rent again.
