The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, wineries, farms, Apple Hill orchards, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.
Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

This is a beautiful little spot in the hills with lots of trees. Placerville is a fun little town to explore. You are walking distance to the Eldorado hill trail head. 1 hour drive to Lake Tahoe. You are close to historic Placerville, wineries, hiking, bike trails. Historic Placerville has fun shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

Summary: Cute little place we used as a home base for a snowboarding trip to Sierra. Super clean and came with nice little toiletries. Kitchen came with all pots and pans and even some spices. Knives were dull and scary to use. The HVAC units took a little while to learn but worked just fine. Parking situation is right below the unit and convenient. In a quiet neighborhood. Nice touch on the welcome basket. I'd stay here again.

Summary: Close to quaint historic Placerville ( check out Sweetie Pies for breakfast) and 70 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This condo is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area below. A good home base to rest after a day of exploring. We will be back.

Summary: Excellent location, off the beaten path but just a short drive to stores, restaurants, & downtown Placerville. The units are clean, quiet, & very comfortable. We rented 2 units and had a great time. Ryker, our site contact was very responsive & helpful. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again.

Summary: My daughters had come to town to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the manager was prompt and courteous. Check in and out went smoothly. Everything was very clean and organized, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to freeway access. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to booking again in the future.
