Summary: The communication with owners was excellent. We did get to meet them, very nice people. The house is awesome! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more! Very comfortable bedrooms and amazing shower! We struggled with cell and wifi service. For any activities have to travel to Yuma.

Summary: This is a great location in the Martinez Lake area. Right across the street from the bar/restaurant. Parking and unloading boat were quick and easy. Backyard is great with great views. The dock is very convenient. Clean property with plenty of seating and space for 2 couples plus 1 or 2 kids. Pros: -Stocked kitchen! Spices and appliances- bring cooking oil butter -Keypad entry -very comfortable beds -AC works great!! -clean counters and spaces for entertaining Cons: -Would have liked shampoo/conditioner/body soap in the bathrooms- be sure to pack your own - no related to home- the restaurant is very slow and unorganized. Don’t plan on eating there- we tried but left and made our own dinner. Would stay here again!
