The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, new counters, and stainless appliances. Cooking a delicious meal is comfortable in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy sitting in the new dining room. Relax in the living room with a new 55-inch smart tv, updated wifi as well. Upstairs there are ceramic tile baths and carpet. You'll love the custom stair rails with a whimsical nautical flair. Beautiful loft with extra queen bedding. (kids love it) great natural light and lots of windows to take in the fabulous views. Watch the wildlife in the sanctuary dunes and incredible star watching from the master bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility, the bright blue waters of the ocean, and the wide sandy beaches. Summary: This house was perfection! We loved being able to pick whether to go to the beach or sound, the gorgeous view, and all of the lovely decor. It felt like everything was designed to make us smile from the well-stocked closet full of beach gear to the sweet reading nook for the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Another wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Serenity Point is a peaceful, untouched area that is well worth visiting. This property is impeccably maintained and very clean and nice. You will have everything this you need. We got to use the neighborhood pool this time and it was great. Highly recommend.

Summary: This property offered the perfect beach escape for our family of four. Serenity Point is a beautiful location, and this home was extremely comfortable. Renters only need to bring a suitcase and groceries as the owners have provided everything else from beach towels, chairs, wagon, toys, puzzles, books and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable (not too hard, not too soft). Views from the porch and primary bedroom are stunning and rival the beachfront views that you will pay much more for. We loved it so much that will seek out this listing for all our future Topsail vacations.

Summary: This was our 3 rd summer staying here. We have been coming to Topsail for many years but have found this home to be perfect for our family of 4. It is comfortable and a home more so than a mental. I highly recommend. As for Serenity Point in general, it is a slice of heaven! You won't regret coming to this beautiful part of the island.

Summary: We have stayed in a number of units at Serenity Point over the past 15 years or so. Summer Paradise is perhaps the best of them all. So clean and well appointed. Everything works and is in good order. Guests have access to an incredibly generous array of beach toys. The owners are very responsive and helpful. You feel like you're staying at a friend's place, someone who wants you to have a great time, who trusts you completely, and who wants you to feel like everything is taken care of.
