The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, new counters, and stainless appliances. Cooking a delicious meal is comfortable in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy sitting in the new dining room. Relax in the living room with a new 55-inch smart tv, updated wifi as well. Upstairs there are ceramic tile baths and carpet. You'll love the custom stair rails with a whimsical nautical flair. Beautiful loft with extra queen bedding. (kids love it) great natural light and lots of windows to take in the fabulous views. Watch the wildlife in the sanctuary dunes and incredible star watching from the master bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility, the bright blue waters of the ocean, and the wide sandy beaches. Private beach access and easy sound access. Stand up paddleboards, kayaks, games, beach cart & chairs. Take the bikes out with the kids and enjoy the island. Sleeps 6 to 7 comfortably. Summary: This was our 3 rd summer staying here. We have been coming to Topsail for many years but have found this home to be perfect for our family of 4. It is comfortable and a home more so than a mental. I highly recommend. As for Serenity Point in general, it is a slice of heaven! You won't regret coming to this beautiful part of the island.

Summary: We have stayed in a number of units at Serenity Point over the past 15 years or so. Summer Paradise is perhaps the best of them all. So clean and well appointed. Everything works and is in good order. Guests have access to an incredibly generous array of beach toys. The owners are very responsive and helpful. You feel like you're staying at a friend's place, someone who wants you to have a great time, who trusts you completely, and who wants you to feel like everything is taken care of.

Summary: We had the best time. The place was so clean and it was so relaxing. Easy check in and check out process. Also this property was so convenient to the community pool. The beach was close however it is difficult to walk from sand dunes to beach. Using a beach cart doesn’t make it easy but we did not complain. Sunsets are beautiful and the beach was not crowded. Will come back.
