Summary: Very nice and clean house, beautiful garden, very privat at the end of the street. San Teodoro 5 min by car. Flamingos at the lagune, horseriding very close. Nice location, la Cinta very close. Massimo did a very good job, thank you for everything!! We would love to come back.

Summary: We spent only 4 days in this small villa. The check in process is easy. The garden is very well kept. There are 3 bedrooms of which one with AC and the other two just with fan. Kitchen well equiped. The owner flexible. The sea view is much better that on photos. We enjoyed our stay very much. The closest beach - Lu impostu with incredible water. La cinta great sand. We visited great restaurants: Ristorante Lu Impostu - need to visit for lunch and Punta Est just for sunset and early night. View and food outstanding.
