Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this beautiful rural and detached holiday home! This detached and sustainable holiday home, built in 2017, is located on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen.
The luxury holiday home offers a modern open kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal. From the kitchen you can walk straight onto the spacious terrace through the patio doors. Here you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling; from early in the morning until late at night you can relax in the lounge set on the terrace on the waterfront. The holiday home has two spacious double bedrooms, both of which have their own bathroom. In every corner of your holiday home you will be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior and the style and appearance; which has been carefully decorated by the creative owner.
You will be staying in the Kromme Rijnstreek and near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug for culture, cycling, canoeing and walking routes. Also known for its cherry orchards and annual cherry festival. The green landscape and the location on the ridge of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug offer many opportunities to enjoy nature. How about a nice walk on one of the hiking trails or a bike ride through the area? The Soesterduinen are less than a 20-minute drive away. In addition, you can reach the attractive city of Utrecht in less than 30 minutes, which is definitely worth a visit. The perfect combination of a day of culture, shopping and eating in one of the cozy restaurants. Also visit the cozy shopping city of Amersfoort and end the day in one of the cozy restaurants or bars.

Summary: Wir waren von diesem wunderschönen Haus mehr als nur hingerissen ! Von unserer Gastherrin Sandra wurden wir bereits erwartet und sehr herzlich mit einem köstlichen Kirschkuchen und weiteren Spezialitäten aus der Umgebung empfangen. Das Haus sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem tollen Design. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die große und wunderschönen Holzterasse lädt zu gemütlichen Sitzen ein ......direkt an der Kromme Rijn gelegen. Wann immer einem danach ist, kann einen Sprung ins kühle Nass machen. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit in der Nähe Kajaks zu mieten und den Fluss entlang zu paddeln. Die Umgebung lädt mit ihren zahlreichen Schlössern, Landsitzen und Sehenswürdigkeiten (wie z.B. die Hexenwaage in Oudewater) zu Ausflügen ein, Wer gerne mit dem Rad Ausflüge unternimmt, wird hier viele schöne Routen vorfinden. Auch liegt Utrecht nur 20 (Auto-)Minuten entfernt - es gibt also viele Möglichkeiten den Urlaub zu gestalten. Für uns war es ein wundervoller, schöner Urlaub und wenn wir können hätten, wären wir am liebsten länger geblieben !

Summary: Familie Teichert Juli 2020 Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Trotz das wir zu zeitig angereist waren, konnten wir vor der vereinbarten Zeit einchecken. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und verfügt über eine große Terrasse direkt am Fluss. Wer möchte, kann über einen Steg/ Leiter ins erfrischende Nass steigen und gegen die Strömung schwimmen. Ein Fahrradweg liegt unweit am Haus, von wo aus man das Umland wunderbar erkunden kann. Ein Bäcker bzw. der SPAR sind bequem per Rad oder Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus selber besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einen eigenen Bad. Diese Räumlichkeiten teilen sich einen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich, in dem die Küche integriert ist. Am Haus befinden sich die Parkplätze und die Fahrräder können sicher im Grundstück abgestellt werden. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön gilt unseren lieben Gastgebern Sandra und John, welche sehr aufmerksam waren. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Kirschkuchen und im Kühlschrank wartete bereits eine Flasche Wein. Die Handtücher bzw. die Bettwäsche wurden auf Wunsch getauscht. Ein super Service! Wir bekamen von unseren Gastgebern so manchen guten Tipp. Probleme konnten gar nicht erst aufkommen. Eine Anmerkung für alle TV Junkies. Es gibt keinen Fernseher im Objekt und das ist auch gut so ;-) Wir haben ihn zu keiner Zeit vermisst. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Sandra und John wir wünschen Euch alles Gute.
