You and your group will always have full schedules when you horseback ride, fish, snowmobile, ski, and shop and eat in the town. You'll also have plenty of privacy and a private view of the green and Taconic Mountains. North Pawlet Hills Natural Area is only two-and-a-half miles away with some terrific hiking to explore.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Summary: Great house in a beautiful location up on a ridge, with mountain views in two directions. About two miles from the village of Granville and the smaller hamlets of Wells and Pawlet. Great spot for quiet relaxing, and easy travel to points in western Vermont and Washington County, NY.

Summary: Beautiful updated home. Lower level was very cool. Upper level got warm without AC in July, but the evenings were cool and we used fans to draw the cool air in at night…problem solved.
