Summary: The property was PERFECT! Our entire family went up to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Chico state. The pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures, the yard is beautiful (perfect for game of baseball with the family!) the playground, basketball court and trampoline kept the kids busy while the adults hung out and enjoyed each other’s company! Angela is an absolute gem and so easy to communicate with! 10 out of 10 !!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard has everything you could ask for: BBQ area, fire pits, beautiful pool with “beach” style entry, and an awesome sound system with speakers all over. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable, 10 of us stayed comfortably using the air mattress the host blew up for us before arriving. The location was great for a wedding we attended at Irongate Garden Inn, and Angela was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would definitely book again!
