A beautiful kitchen, dining and family room await you with glass sliding doors that open to the covered lanai and screened in spa & pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for your grocery items. The square table in the dining area seats six plus there is seating for four at the breakfast table and two at the breakfast bar. The family room is comfortably appointed with two over stuffed couches, 65" flat screen smart TV with free Hulu with live tv and plenty of seating. WiFI is provided throughout the home. Each of the two bedrooms have their own televisions.
The home features upgraded memory foam king mattresses in the master bedroom and two upgraded memory foam queen mattresses in the guest bedroom. In addition the dining room has a trundle bed that features two twin beds. We also have a crib and highchair in the closed den off the master for your little ones.
The beautiful pool and spa is comfortably heated at no additional charge. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill.

Summary: When arrival the code that was provided doesn’t work , the host never answered a phone , called Vrbo and they finally contact her and she unlocked it , a few minutes later, i was in the property, the experience was very sad, after driving under the rain , getting there and get that inconvenience was a very sad beginning, i send a message to her , never answered, , the location is good, the house is nice , the spa doesn’t work properly but in general the biggest problem was the lack of communication., she just doesn’t care

Summary: Overall, we had a great experience! Pretty much everything you could want and need at this house! The beach is VERY close. The beach chairs and umbrella could’ve been better, but we purchased one of each and left them there. :) It was nice to have the garage door opener and laundry facilities on site. The owner even had laundry detergent! There are two large coolers and the refillable ice trays were nice to have as well! The beds were VERY comfortable and all of the bed and bath linens were wonderful! The pool was a bit of a nuisance, but was easy to fix and the owner was very responsive to this. The only thing I’d change is the A/C. I wanted it lower than 73 at night, but not a deal breaker. We’d love to stay again, especially knowing what to expect, the great location, and proximity to the beach. If you stay here, we’d also like to recommend Mr. Big Fish! SO great!!! Thanks again, Amy!

Summary: The property and neighborhood were great. Very quite location. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We did not know enough about how to maintain the hot tub and when the hot tub drained the second night, it never filled back up and we were unable to use it. It filled up the very last morning we were at the house. A little more information about how it works would have helped us understand what was happening. There is no way to communicate with the owner except through email and I did not have my computer with me so no way to ask questions.

Summary: House is in great location with easy access to 75 and 41 plus in a sweet residential neighborhood which was walk friendly. The beds Are super comfortable and layout for our family of 5 was terrific. The house is well stocked for an extended stay. The pool was a bonus as was having a separate space for our granddaughter. We enjoyed our stay!
