Positive: Communication was great. Location is ideal. Appliance are great, large balcony.

Negative: These are constructive comments. Overall comfort is good but need to rearrange the kitchen and living room area. Ditch the small table that is used for the couch. There is no kitchen table and no confortable chair. The way it is setup, you have great appliances for food but nowhere to sit and eat. Buy a small round table with 4 comfortable efficient chairs. There is 1 Tv in bedroom, useless because no cable and not smart. Buy a new smart TV for at minimum streaming. Missing dishes and glassware, easily fixed with a few dollars. The garbage can is way too small. Clean the washroom fan, not the first mention of this. Takes 5 minutes. And an overall painting would do a lot of good. In the end, 1000-1500$ investment would get you score of 10s each time! Think like what would be a great place for you to stay in, think like your clients. Small investment, great return and it says that you are a great host. For the price paid, this is what I would expect.

Positive: The unit had everything you could want with so many extras (foods) in the kitchen.

Negative: Dealing with the company that runs the place. You had to call someone when you arrived for them to remotely open the door, not so easy to do if a foreigner with only data. The parking directions they gave us where for the wrong carpark for the parking pass.

Summary: Amazing apartment in a bit of a dodgy location but felt safe with the security.
