The most beautiful views on the lake welcome you to your vacation paradise for the whole family! This brand new Burt Lake waterfront home boasts four bedrooms, four full baths and sleeps 14! Plenty of room for the whole family. The living room has large windows with a beautiful view that opens to a full kitchen. Just outside the door is a Weber grill and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a meal together on an oversized deck. The lower level has another living space with a large TV, leather couch, massage chairs, pool table, shuffle board table, Golden Tee, and a wet bar with an extra fridge. Outside the lower level there is a 7 person hot tub to relax and enjoy expansive lake views!
There are four separate bedrooms including a custom bunk room that has two queen beds and three twins. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is a loft space with a couch that transitions to a full bed. With four full baths, everybody is able to have their own private space.
Walk down the private stairs to a boardwalk that meanders through the woods to a gorgeous private waterfront deck. Bring your boat as there is plenty of dock space on this secluded waterfront. Enjoy the provided kayaks and splash pad or just relax and listen to the waves on this natural waterfront. At night families can gather around the fire pit where once again everyone can take in the beautiful view across the lake.
Explore the inland waterway, where Burt Lake connects to Mullet Lake via the Indian river and then continue on to the Cheboygan river all the way to Lake Huron. A 25 minute drive will take you to the beautiful Petoskey or Harbor Springs with numerous restaurants and activities for the family both located right on the Little Traverse Bay. Mackinaw city is about a 35 minute drive, where you can take the ferry to the famous Mackinac Island!

Summary: The property suited my family and friends so well. I surprised my husband with a weekend with his friends for his 40th birthday. The house was great and well equipped!Will recommend to anyone, and we will be back!

Summary: This worked out so well for our group, as our group's kids adored loved the 5 built in wood beds in the loft (with a door), and the parents spread out over 3 beds. This is a new property built in the last few years.Communication was fast with the owners for the few small issues which arose, which I very much appreciated.Ovwrall would recommend and may stay agin! The downstairs bedroom was a bit chilly

Summary: We had two families of 4 stay here and had plenty of room. Kitchen was clean and well organized with many of the various utensils available which was nice. It was close enough to the ski areas and would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: It was a perfect place for friends to gather and spend a long weekend. Great restaurants within short distance, and access to the Indian River Waterway. You can start and end your day on a great deck with a great view. All in all it was a nice place for us to stay.

Summary: This was a great house big enough for our family vacation. We have 4 kids 18-21 so this was perfect for everyone to have their own space (and bathroom) while still having rooms big enough for us all to eat together and hang out. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The basement game room was a huge bonus. We spent most nights winding down from our busy adventures in Harbor Springs, Mackinac, and Petosky downstairs playing pool and shuffle board. We appreciated all the little extras like the laundry baskets in each room and beach towels!
