Summary: This place was PERFECT! It was clean, nice, spacious, served every need we had to be together as a family and visit our new Grandson. Thank you for the home, the easy process of entry and exit. Instructions in the home were easy to find and follow.

Summary: The house is nice and our experience would have been really good if it weren’t for 2 important things. #1. The open room that’s really just a bed in the entrance of the house. Really weird placement for a bed and really threw off the layout for the families staying. #2. The quality of the beds were lacking. Especially the full bed (which was originally advertised as a queen bed) and the downstairs (open bedroom) queen. Also the blow up mattresses had holes in them. The owner did communicate with us but wasn’t very helpful. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress. Wouldn’t stay here again but it would be a decent place for the right group. Basically 4 adults MAX with the beds that are supplied.

Summary: Our large group was very comfortable & happy at Dee’s Place over our long weekend stay. The kitchen is nice & has adequate pots and pans for cooking family meals. Things are exactly as pictured in the online listing, though when booking we overlooked the photo caption that says “open fifth bedroom”. We made it work, and enjoyed our stay regardless. Dee took the time to call us in check in day to be sure everything was in order, and she replied promptly when we had a question the next day. Very pleased with this rental & would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Summary: This property provides plenty of space for a large group. The owner is very responsive! Key thing to note is there is no door or partition for the downstairs bedroom. I only gathered that after reading the reviews, but not from the pictures. As long as you are comfortable with that (as we were) it's a wonderful property.

Summary: Thank you for being great host and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We came to Atlanta from Charleston, SC during the hurricane Florence evacuation and couldn't find a home or hotel that could accommodate our family and you and Corey went out of your way to take care of our needs. We could not have asked for better host or home. The two of you just bent over backwards to help out and we truly appreciate it. I recommend renting your property to all that visit the Atlanta. They could not ask for a better house or host. Again thanks Dee & Corey for being lifesavers.

Summary: The house was perfect for our big group (3 families). Dee and Corey was great, they took personal attention to make sure we had everything we need for our trip (ex: kids room was appropriately decorated for their liking). They were tremendously fast in replying to messages and available when needed. I highly recommended this house if you are looking for a great rental experience in Atlanta area.

Summary: We recently went to Atlanta to see the Aquarium and Tour Atlanta, There were 16 of us total and we very much enjoy our time with the kids. Dee and Corey are very pleasant to deal with the house is very nice and the kids enjoy it very much. I would recommend it to friends and family who's traveling to Atlanta that need room for a large group. Thanks again Dee and Corey for providing us with the house for our large group.

Summary: Although the property is nice, it's design or layout is more for a daycare or group with little kids. Not adults. The beds (mostly too small), color of the rooms ( reminds me of summer camp for elementary school kids). What really confuses me is the extra twin beds added to the master bedroom. Its the master bedroom for christ sake. How do you put 2 additonal twin beds in the master w/o a partition separating the two areas. I found having a bedroom right at the front entrance w/o a door for privacy strange also. The use of bunkbeds in one of the bedrooms might not be a good idea either if you ask me. I was really surprised to see that. (Not pleasantly). Plenty of forks very few spoons. The house comes well equipped with everything else. And great for impressing a bunch of young children.
