Positive: The backyard is nice! The bed was comfortable. Easy to walk to the city.

Negative: Location ok but not the best. It’s a converted lower ground into holiday rentals. Very purpose made.

Positive: Excellent apartment for two, located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Clean bed linen and towels, which are changed every two days. Great air conditioning. There’s a Mercadona nearby, and it’s a 15–20 minute walk to the city center.

Negative: We found the pillows a bit hard, but that depends on personal preference. Unfortunately, there was no cooking oil in the kitchen, so we had to buy some.

Positive: The property is small but very comfortable with whatever you might need. The apartment is very bright and the kitchen is well-equipped. The host is very helpful. The location is perfect, Very central and close to the metro and buses. It is also very close to the park where you can walk or run. I highly recommend!

Positive: - Everything in the city centre is within 15-30 minutes walking distance. - Very quit building. We could not hear the people next, under or above us. (And they were there!) - Neat. Decent small kitchen, but we found all necessary items. Even a small dishwasher, with washing tablets. Great! - There is a fairly large supermarket within 5 minutes walking that sells all necessary daily food stuff, and much more, at low prices and high quality. - Bus and metro stops within 7 minutes walking distance. - We stayed 5 days, and got replacement towels. Sufficient toilet paper. Beautiful shower. - Excellent terrace, great for our breakfast. - Keyless access, worked perfectly as announced in the email. - Booking.com offered the taxi from the airport. Thank you!

Negative: We could not find the replacement coffee pads (the free ones offered were excellent!). Suggestion: tell the guests where to buy them.

Summary: We shall certainly come back here when we return to Valencia!
