Summary: The house was perfect for our large group, although it could have used a 2nd common bathroom. There were multiple bathrooms connected to some of the bedrooms, but the first floor bedroom and the bunk room had to all share 1. It wasn't a problem for us, but just beware. We had several issues that needed attention, and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience - would stay again.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at the vacation rental. The house was extremely clean, and large enough to host 4 families with children between the ages of 13-2. The kids spent all day in the lake so it was nice being in the quiet cove with no other boat traffic. There are a lot of games in the house that we weren't expecting, which is always a nice surprise, and a large table that was great for entertaining. Water level was a bit low so we had to be extremely careful using the boat house, but other than than, everything was pretty much perfect! I would highly recommend the house to everyone!

Summary: They property was great & we had a really nice time. The only down side was the lake was really low. I wish we had known that going in. We were still able to enjoy the water, but that was a drawback.

Summary: We spent a long weekend at this house, and really enjoyed our time. We made all meals at the house & had everything we needed. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and we enjoyed spending time outside too. Would highly recommend this property!

Summary: The house is great with plenty of room for all 16 of us. Very clean. We caught over 40 total fish off the dock. Had about 8 catfish keepers. Kids caught perch also with worms. Caught 3 catfish heading out of cove toward main body of water with all over 3 lbs.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding at Sunrise Point and this was the perfect house for a large group. The 4 full bathrooms, the deck and seating on the dock were perfect for hanging out in between wedding events. Also the parking situation was perfect for several cars.
