Welcome to our beautiful home valued at 2.56 million dollars. This is one of the most prestigious and upscale areas in the bay. The home is perched on a high hill granting you gorgeous views of the bay area. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is newly renovated, has a spacious floor plan with 3 separate living spaces, a full kitchen, and a gazebo surrounded by a zen garden overlooking the cityscape! It's just minutes away from SFO! About 10 mins to downtown SF and close to many great food options!

While booking our home, please kindly have in mind that we have a strict policy about 2 nights minimum for each stay during the week and 3 nights minimum stay for bookings starting on Friday and Saturday.
This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.
*No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.
Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $50 dollars per night, for each additional guest.
By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
We do not allow any smoking inside our property. The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.

Summary: We walked in and it was 52 degrees. The carpet was filthy, and the lighting was hard to find and very poor. The light in the second bathroom never worked. The shower products were mostly conditioner and the body wash was empty. The reason for picking this place was the backyard. It was not maintained and looked nothing like the picture. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Summary: Great location, beautiful views of the bay and the airport. Promptly communication by the owner/manager. In general cleaning crew did a good job. Unfortunately pictures completely misrepresented the place. House is dated, with stingy decor. The whole place smells like old antique shop. Carpets in every room were disgusting - old, stained and soiled (can provide pictures). Very cheap and unconformable polyester bedding. It felt like sleeping under plastic cover. In general would not recommend this house in current condition.

Summary: This home is beautiful and was just 2 miles from a family gathering we were in town to enjoy. The listing is very accurate and the home is lovely. We might never have known the ovens didn’t work but for the Thanksgiving holiday. We purchased food to prepare and we were surprised and disappointed to have no stove. The mgr. was as always very nice and quick to respond “ oven was not listed in amenities “ The listing in fact still lists, Full Kitchen, Stove, and oven. The manager was kind enough to give us a small rebate to cover some of the groceries we’d bought to cook. If you are going out to eat or can cook in the small microwave this house is a gem and the manager was always available and responsive.
