Positive: Very spacious and owner kind enough to let us extend check-out for a bit late as we went hiking at Bkt Batu Putih.

Negative: Ai/c in One of the room upstairs not cold. A/c in living room not powerful enough to cool entire living and dining area. Fan in dining area too small so sitting in dining area is too hot. We have to move dining table and chairs to living area so can have a/c and bigger fan. Else we were sweating away. Soap dispensers not working properly. A lot of big black ants in house. Remote control for autogate doesn’t work too well. Sometimes can open, sometimes cannot. Tiles at car porch - some broken and some loosen. Lastly, payment terms and amount payable - owner should be more soecific on exact amount the house costs per night and not ask to hold a refundable deposit and after paying the specified amount for the house, owner informed that 8% is deducted from deposit to pay to booking dot com. For this i’ll need to seek further clarification from booking dot com later.

Summary: Spacious house and can accommodate 10pax. Will be more comfortable if flaws mentioned can be rectified.
