Goose Cottage is a traditional terraced cottage of a high standard. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail.
Birdwatchers will be excited to know the cottage is located on the Norfolk coast overlooking the famous RSPB bird reserve at Titchwell and they will be able to watch the geese flying over the marshes in the autumn and winter as well as the migratory birds all year round.
There is a short walk to the quiet beach over the marsh and only a five minute walk to Titchwell Manor and Briarfields Hotel, both serve delicious food.
The Coasthopper bus service regularly passes through Titchwell and offers easy access to all the other lovely villages on the North Norfolk coast.

There is a fully enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue . Further landscaped lawned garden at the rear.
Unallocated roadside parking outside the cottage or there is the option to park a five-minute walk away at ‘Briarfields’ Hotel (agreement must be gained from the reception of the hotel beforehand).

Summary: Would be good if we'd been provided with materials to keep the bath and bathroom clean; if it had been clearer in the instructions that the key box is round the back and details of how to get there; if the single beds had warmer winter duvets (the weather was cold when we were there)

Summary: Our 2nd stay at Goose Cottage. Very comfortable and cosy. We go birding and this is an excellent location to visit a number of places. Likely to return again at some time in the future.

Summary: The cottage was cosy, welcoming, warm on arrival, complete with the Christmas tree up too. Great location, loved to see geese flying over from the bed! Would definitely stay again, but ssshhh dont tell everyone how good it is!

Summary: My friends and I did think that the duvet cover cover and linen, although very clean had seen better days. The rear of the property was lovely and ideal for the little dog we had with us although I loved walking so an early morning walk along the beach and return back for breakfast was, for me, the perfect start to the day.

Summary: We had a lovely relaxing break at goose cottage. The cottage was well equipped with all the essential we needed and was very clean and welcoming on arrival. The cottage was well located for visiting all the local towns, villages and beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break and wanting to explore the beautiful sites of Norfolk.

Summary: Overall, this is a warm , cosy and well renovated cottage, with some slight issues. The front door opens almost directly onto a main road and we were glad we did not have to park there. It is best to use the back door, but it is very dark. Plenty of space in the downstairs areas. The main bedroom is fine, the second one tighter, but the price reflects this, to be fair. The quilts and pillowcases are cheap and somewhat stained (could do with replacing.) the kitchen is well equipped. Perfect to open the bedroom curtains and see the sea across the marshes!

Summary: Had a lovely week in Goose Cottage, everything supplied to make our stay comfortable. Views from the bedrooms were beautiful with Titchwell Marsh at the front and fields to the back. Enjoyed the walk through the RSPB reserve to get to the quiet beach. Love this area of North Norfolk, lots to visit within easy reach.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Goose Cottage. The property has been lovingly renovated and was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Lovely small back garden overlooking fields and a view of Titcheell reserve from bed! We loved visiting the reserve every day, an easy walk and you’ll have it to yourself in the early morning. The dog loved the logburner and the beach which is an easy stroll through the reserve. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
