Positive: The little cabin is beautifully done. Its so cosy, and even though it was freezing cold outside and rained the entire time, the heater and the log burning fire kept the cabin warm and toasty. The shower was also surprisingly great - warm and good water pressure. The absolute BEST thing about this cabin is the hot tub! It was hot on arrival and ready to go. We also loved waking up to the sheep in the field. The staff were very quick to respond to my queries, and the cabin is private and easy to find. The TV at the end of the bed was such a treat too. Will definitely be back.

Negative: There were a few items that weren't provided, for instance a chopping board, bread knife, soap for the shower (there was shampoo and body lotion but no soap!) and some extra towels (just for getting in and out of the hot tub/shower). There was also only one wine glass, a set of two would've been ideal! But again these are just suggestions to make it even better.

Positive: Had a wonderful time for my husbands birthday. We only stayed 1 night, I wish I could have booked for longer. Can't rate this place high enough, so peaceful and a real escape from busy life. Facilities were fantastic, hot tub was amazing, and sheep as neighbours was bonus. There was no one else around, just us. I will definitely be booking again!

Negative: Tea, coffee and milk were provided, however no sugar. That's about as bad as it gets, everything else was perfect!

Positive: Perfect, quiet, romantic getaway! Cosy and very clean. So well equipped inside. Snuggly bed, easy to use fire (warms the hut quickly and well), very efficient oven and fridge. Lots of warm water for showers and a great TV with so many channels. Hot tub was perfect, keeps the heat and easy to use. So wonderful for star gazing and listening to the owls, foxes and gentle baaing of the neighbourhood sheep! Lovely chiminea for relaxing next to after your dip too! We left feeling so relaxed and wishing we could stay a week!!!

Negative: Nothing. If you want a pub or shop…get in your car! Previous review complaining about the location clearly can’t use google maps!
