Positive: Steve and Julie made us very welcome and our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. A lovely freshly cooked breakfast was a great start to the day.

Positive: Whilst being in the middle of nowhere this quaint modern spacious property was well above expectation. Steve and Julie are lovely and take great pride in keeping their guest house immaculate. There is good parking but it is first come first serve so if you arrive late in the day you may have to park up the street about 50 yards away and there are no street lights here. In the room we stayed in the large double shower was great and the room was huge compared to most hotels.

Negative: My only criticism of this amazing place was the breakfast - whilst being cooked fresh the quantity was extremely small. As pescatarians we had eggs and our previous request for smoked salmon and soya milk was completely ignored. Had to bring our own soya milk which was a pain and go without the smoked salmon so was left feeling very disappointed. Sort the breakfast out and this place would get 10/10 especially given the cost as it is edging towards city prices.

Summary: Well worth considering if you are coming to this area.
