Summary: Great place and had everything one needs for a stay away from home

Summary: This house is very clean and is a nice place to stay. The only suggestion that I would have is that ALL of the rules and fees should be in the listing. There are many rules and fees posted on the walls that you do not know about until you arrive which could sway someone to pick another place. Trying to make sure everything was followed to the letter of the law was a little stressful. I completely understand the need for rules, but they should be known in advance. That said, the place is still a nice place to stay and I would do it again.

Summary: This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a culdesac. LOVELY. Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Lots of amenities. Owner has been a great pleasure from beginning to end. They even let you use the garage! A true bonus!

Summary: Wishing back lawn did not have numerous brown spots no doubt from dog pee and wishing the back lawn had been mowed so that our children could feel comfortable playing outside. We departed leaving the premises spotless including washing and folding the towels and washing the bed sheets. Seems the Owner was paranoid about the VRBO process with having to pay insurance, notes everywhere, outside cameras and potential fines for this and that. We always get 5 star "stay reviews" which the Owner should take into consideration.

Summary: The house was spotless and in a great location—quiet and peaceful. It was easy to check-in. We were there for a long baseball tournament, so we were in and out at different times, and we enjoyed having ample space for less than a hotel. I will be recommending this property to all my friends and family.

Summary: This was our second stay at this property. The unit was everything that we needed. The host was responsive. The location is convenient and very lovely. We had our dogs with us and they were accommodated very well. There was a nice yard for them and a small fenced in dog area in the neighborhood.
