Situated in a quiet area, and just a short stroll to either Moffat or Dicky Beach this 4 bedroom pet friendly recently renovated coastal style beachhouse is a great place for your next holiday. With glimpses to Moffat Beach and Tooway Lake and Ocean breezes you are sure to want to stay again.
The home has been tastefully decorated and styled with coastal influences. All bedrooms are upstairs and the open plan living space opens out onto an inviting back deck and large grassy secure yard.

The area boasts the very popular Moffat Beach precinct with it's cafes and restaurants as well as large parks and BBQ areas. Dicky Beach is 300m in the other direction and has a patrolled beach and a great surf break. and more choices for dining including the Dicky Beach Surfclub.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay overall and it's a great location but the place needs some maintenance. A number of things needed to be fixed during our 4 day stay including the dishwasher, one of the beds and the washing line. The floors were sticky on our arrival which gave it a generally unclean feel.

Summary: Property was as described, all bedrooms upstairs with living down. Perfect location to walk to beach & shops. Great sized secure backyard with a relaxing daybed. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Location was fantastic with easy walk to the beach and local cafes. Great added touches of tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. Smooth check in but no outdoor lights at the front and with an uneven surface and stairs, it was hard for my 72 year old mother who needed our help to guide her. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Had to buy a pillow and use an air mattress. We would have appreciated a warning of a Saturday 7am construction noise next door. The neighbors and workers were extremely rude and working unsafe. Unsure if the landlord was aware of this work?

Summary: The property was beautiful. We all had a great time. Best shower head. Gr8 having 3 toilets with 8 of us. I would of liked sheets and towels included in the price.
