Beautifully refreshed décor throughout this second floor 2 bed 2 bath condo. The building has an elevator for your convenience. Wonderful water and golf coarse views from the screened in lanai. Peeks of the Manatee River beyond. Enjoy all the golf you can play! Green fees included, just pay cart fees. Renter pays a one time Member Transfer Fee plus 7% tax directly to River Strand Golf & Country Club when transfer is completed. Summary: Riverstrand has all the amenities you could ask for and it's proximity to everything in Bradenton and Sarasota makes it even better! Our host was very responsive to our questions and the condo was perfect.

Summary: Mike was very helpful and answered questions about the property and community quickly. The condo was in very nice condition and we appreciated that our little dog was welcomed also. Not all of the condos allow for a pet. Lots of fun playing pickleball and golf in the beautiful Florida weather.
