Positive: Very fine communication with Luiza and very welcoming with lots of small buy nice hospitality touches such as complimentary sherry in the room with chocolates and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely and extensive breakfast. Tranquil grounds and conveniently located near OR Tambo Airport. Great arrangements with Gilroy for airport transfers and transfer into Johannesburg
