Positive: Location was good . Breakfast was good.

Negative: No welcome drink was presented. Bed was too small for 2 people. Too much charged for such room . Only for lake view this is just cheating. This is not a Swiss tradition to cheat people.

Positive: Lovely location, short walk to train station or bus stop right outside. Perfect for those who have booked belle epoque train experience. Hotel right on the lake with rooms overlooking this, breathtaking views. Staff super helpful & friendly. We checked in around midnight & had a warm welcome. Breakfast buffet was lovely, wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore the rest of the hotel

Positive: *Great location, outside of the busier part of Montreux but easily accessible via the 201 bus or via a lovely stroll along the lakefront *Breakfast buffet had lots of different options *Views were STUNNING *Staff was incredibly helpful and nice

Negative: *No AC but a fan was provided so it was OK (we knew AC wasn’t super common in the area so this certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker)

Summary: Excellent location with stunning views - we loved our stay here

Positive: We had a great view from our room, which was lakeside. The balcony had plenty of room for two people to sit. The hotel property inside was very nice, beautiful lobby. Rooms somewhat plain but nice, roomy and very clean. Serviced daily. Direct access to the walk along the water. Easy to walk to local restaurants.

Negative: Would have preferred to be a little closer to the train. It wasn't clear what the patio off the lounge was for. Our first night it looked occupied by a private party, the second it was empty, but lightly raining. I would have the desk staff explain the dinning and beverage options and help with reservations. The prices posted for dinning seemed a little high.

Summary: A good choice for Montreaux with great waterfront views.
