Summary: The hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast was great. What we didn’t appreciate is that we asked before going to breakfast if breakfast was included, amd the person at the desk looked it up ans confirmed it was included. When we checked out with the same person(!) we had to pay for breakfast. When I am.

Summary: Wasn’t told party was on till 2am right outside our bedroom window. Room was lovely as was hotel just didn’t sleep well due to party. In morning when I said didn’t get much redress. . However after I emailed to proof my breakfast was included in my reservation - They did apologise in an email to me. Just a shame as I said hotel is lovely and our room was good. Just the disco lights and noise to 2am wasn’t good !

Summary: Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Special thanks to the team for making me feel so welcome—I’ll definitely be back!. Just a minor, breakfast could be opened a bit earlier for us commuters, however great options.
