Positive: Great location, everything was comfortable, nice to have two bathrooms and bedrooms, full kitchen even a Keurig (which did need cleaning with some mold in it), nice to have dishes but we had to rewash those as they were not clean. Loved being close to golf and the beach. We enjoy the clean beaches and nice restaurants here. Nice neighbors and kind hosts and staff.

Negative: Need to fix the sliding back door, would recommend another stair railing on the wall, tv remotes in smaller bedroom did not work, no directions to pool and beach.

Summary: Had a great time in a cozy villa with plenty of room and privacy.

Positive: Location was very quiet. Easy access to beach area and shopping. Layout and cleanliness was exceptional! Great area for biking. Would highly recommend. Communications after booking were great… check in was easy.

Negative: Maybe some instructions on tv operations… not everyone is familiar with streaming services.

Summary: Visited Hilton Head many times… this was one of our favorite places to stay!
