Summary: House was set up nicely, it had lots of room for us to have a enjoyable time

Summary: The home was great, plenty of room, big kitchen, nice pool. Only issues is check in instructions were not complete, there was a lock box on the front door and we had to call to get the code. We paid almost $430 to have the pool heated and it wasn't heated. It took numerous text messages and several calls to finally get reimbursed for the non-heated pool. House was great, spa was nice, and the pool was very cold.

Summary: The house and pool is great. My only complaints would be the lack of basic amenities (paper towels, kleenex) and the interactions with the property managers. They supplied a check in code that didn't apply to any of the locks and although the text responses were prompt, they were rather rude, which was surprising. Don't bother calling for support, just a phone tree of worthless recordings. We'd rent again for the great house, but don't expect great service too.

Summary: This house is on the list of my top five vacation rentals. Traveling all over the country, I have stayed in many throughout the years. Although the location requires a 20-30 minute drive to most of the sites and attractions, the attributes far outweigh the drive. The house was very clean, a good floor plan, comfortable beds, TV's in all rooms, nice appliances, and a cute outdoor sitting area. We would definitely stay here again. The only problem that we had was with the keypad at the front door upon check-in. The code given did not work, and I had to call customer service to get help. Ended up using a construction key and not the keypad.
