Beautifully updated authentic 1945 ranch house on 3 acres near the Tanque Verde Wash, with space for your horses.
Perfect for a quiet getaway with lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. Located on Tucson’s east side, it is close to great bicycling, hiking, horseback riding, or you can enjoy listening to the birds right on the patio.
The house has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and one full bathroom with a tub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for making your own meals and has a comfortable, outdoor BBQ area, with room to invite your friends.
Internet provided and you can stream your favorite shows on the TV or watch local channels.
There are sheep that live on the property in a separately fenced area but may occasionally come out for weed control.
Bring your horses! There is an open air barn for your supplies and a fenced, shady area for your horses. Plenty of room for parking your trailer also. Please let us know!
Please note the driveway is shared with the lot next door, which may be occupied by RV. The lots are separately fenced.

Summary: The property was everything it was advertised to be. Quiet, secluded, spacious, and the heating system was more than capable to keep us warm when temps were unseasonably cold.

Summary: This small house on Tanque Verde Loop was comfortable, and we enjoyed both indoor and outdoor fires, on chilly nights. The beds were great, and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. We stayed home most nights, cooking and baking many dishes, and we found everything we needed for roast veggies, corn bread, chili, bacon, and salads. When I looked for a utensil, pot, or pan, always found it! The house had plenty of garbage bags and towels, though we didn't realize there were so many towels in the laundry room, until we had washed ours several times. Our two week stay flew by, and we hope to return. We loved the quiet and isolated nature of this property.

Summary: Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay while we were there for our sons wedding. We even had enough room to host the rehearsal dinner! We loved the open floor plan and the big beautiful kitchen. The beds were very comfortable also. Again, it was awesome!

Summary: I had a really relaxing stay at this newly renovated casita. The owners did a great job modernizing and making the place comfortable. Situated on a few acres in a large stand of mesquite trees it feels like you’re way out in the middle of nowhere but still walking distance to a great restaurant and a few minutes drive to stores and services. The owners are chill and accommodated my requests for adding nights last minute and arranging a late checkout. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow for streaming but I think that’s true for this part of town not just here. Will definitely rebook for another long stay next year.

Summary: We had a great time at this place! It is conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, and most important to us - hiking trails. The property is located in a wooded area (mesquite trees), well maintained and private. The inside of this home is immaculate, and well cared for. It had all of the amenities that we needed! Thank you Charlie and Amber for letting us call it home for our visit to Tucson!
