Four bedrooms each offer their own sanctuary. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, with a private ensuite attached to Bedroom 2. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds. - Please note that natural oil seeps off the coast of Goleta occasionally result in black tar deposits along local beaches. These occurrences are common in the region and are a natural phenomenon unrelated to spills or other events. While efforts are often made to keep the beaches clean, visitors may encounter tar on the sand or in the water. We recommend bringing a small bottle of baby oil or another gentle cleaning solution to help remove any tar from skin or feet after a day at the beach and be mindful not to track black tar into the home.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
