Summary: Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Plenty of shops, bars and a castle nearby! The theatre just round the corner & also walking distance to the train station.

Summary: Great hotel but very noisy bar across the road! Double glazing definitely helped but not soundproof. It wasn't an issue to us and the hotel value and cleanliness definitely more than made up for it but good to be aware that it can be noisy (we stayed on a Friday night so probably quieter midweek??)
