Summary: Very nice room. Nice hotel. Service was average to poor. Tried to get an ironing board one day. Called 3 times. Waited 1/2 hour between calls. Kept saying they would bring one right up. Never did get the ironing board. Seemed like everyone did the bare minimum when dealing with us. Nice hotel with nice facilities. Breakfast was good. 5 star hotel with 3 star service.
